What is Rainbow Certified?
Rainbow Certified was founded by a lesbian couple who fell in love in the summer of 2019.
They had a vision to create a fun, inclusive, positive brand that supported the LGBTQIA+ community all year round, not just in and around PRIDE month.
Where are you from?
Sarah is Canadian & Rachael is British. We are now currently based in Ontario, Canada although only certain items are shipped from our home base in Canada.
Rainbow Certified is able to ship items world-wide with the help of a variety of print on demand services & fulfilment centres.
Where do my products come from?
Our products are manufactured in the USA, Europe, Mexico and China.
We have various fulfilment & print on demand centres in order to produce and ship our items to you as quick and as safe as possible.
COVID-19 has caused production delays. By having a variety of fulfilment centres, we are able to send orders to facilities that are closer to you.
This means that shipping times are shorter & that enables us to also keep our carbon footprint to a minimum.
How long does my order take to ship?
Most orders will be received within 4-15 business days after being sent from our facilities.
Shipping times depend on the country your package is being sent to. Unfortunately COVID-19 has caused delays in shipment, which is why our shipping times are much longer at the moment.
What shipping companies do you use?
We use a variety of shipping companies depending on where your package is being sent to.
This includes: Canada Post, Fedex, DHL, USPS, Latvia Post, and DPD.
Can I track my order?
Once your item(s) have been sent to you, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number included.
