About Us

What is Rainbow Certified?
Rainbow Certified was founded by a lesbian couple (Sarah & Rachael) who fell in love in the summer of 2019.
They had a vision to create a fun, inclusive, positive brand that supported the LGBTQIA+ community all year round, not just during PRIDE month.


Where are you from?
Sarah is Canadian & Rachael is British, they are now based in Ontario, Canada and all items are shipped directly from their base in Canada, Rainbow Certified is also able to ship items worldwide!

About our products

All Rainbow Certified products are designed by Sarah & Rachael and are then brought to life by various manufacturers from around the globe however, as mentioned above, all orders are shipped from Canada.  

Shipping

How long does my order take to ship?
Most orders will be received within 4-15 business days after being sent out.

Shipping times depend on the country your package is being sent to and please know should you order on a seasonal or bank holiday, your order may be delayed by a few days. 

What shipping companies do you use?
Rainbow Certified uses a variety of shipping companies depending on where your package is being sent to.

This includes: Canada Post, USPS, Fedex, DHL and DPD.

Can I track my order?
All orders are automatically sent with tracked shipping, once your item(s) have been sent to you, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number included. 

Please note, should your order only include stickers, this will not qualify for tracked shipping and will be sent via Canada post (standard shipping).
