Shipping policy

APPAREL:
All of our apparel items are made to order and our processing & production times usually range from 3-5 days. Shipping times are dependent on which country your item is being sent to. Most items being received within 4-15 business days after your order is sent out. You will be given a tracking number for your order.

Please note we are not responsible for delays due to import/customs agencies. 

All Orders:
Our products are sent from the Canada using reliable shipping suppliers such as Canada Post, Post NL or USPS depending on your location. At checkout, please know your order will automatically qualify for tracked shipping and you will be notified of your tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.

Please note that Canada Post & other shipping suppliers quote delivery times of 12-15 business days for international delivery but can be subject to delays.

We are not responsible for the delays due to seasonal holidays, bank holidays, etc.

Please note, should your order only include stickers, this will not qualify for tracked shipping and will be sent via Canada post (standard shipping).

CUSTOM/DUTIES:
Any import duty, clearance, or brokerage fees, must be paid on delivery. Rainbow Certified is not responsible for these fees, and can't predict these charges, as they are decided by your countries customs office.  For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
