Refund policy
We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
Please note we only except refunds due to:
- The product was misprinted
- The product was damaged (excluding damages during delivery)
- The product does not match the fulfilment information (e.g. the product is the wrong size, colour, or type, etc.)
For clarification, Rainbow Certified will not grant a refund, or replace a printed product because you have ordered the wrong size, or do not simply "like" the product once delivered.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If your refund has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
